Brooke has represented clients throughout Central Florida for more than ten years. Her practice areas include Estate Planning, Real Estate, Property Management, and Business Law. Prior to founding Warren & Skaggs, PLLC, she was a tax law compliance attorney for municipal securities for some of the largest non-profits in the United States, including universities and multi-state healthcare groups, and government entities.
Brooke also volunteers for the Orange County Legal Aid Society’s Guardian Ad Litem program, representing children in the dependency system. When not practicing law, Brooke can often be found kayaking on Florida’s many beautiful waterways and at local running events benefiting charities throughout Central Florida.
She earned her law degree from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law and has been a member of the Florida Bar since 2010. She is also a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator for Family and County Court.
